Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@asvrefill.com within 48 days of receipt or expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup Prefer to skip shipping altogether? Visit us in person at our zero-waste refill shop in New York City to pick up your order or refill your containers directly.
